- Log in to your client area at https://mumatechosting.co.za/billing/clientarea.php
- Click Billing, then My Invoices.
- Open the unpaid invoice and choose a payment method from the list.
- Click Pay Now and complete the payment on the secure payment page.
Card payments are processed by our payment providers, so we never see or store your card details. Once payment succeeds, the invoice is marked as paid automatically and your service continues without any action from you. You will receive a payment confirmation email.
If your invoice still shows unpaid 30 minutes after a successful payment, open a Billing & Payments ticket with the invoice number and your payment reference.
