Redesigns are charged per page. Growth and Premium plans get a discount, and Premium and Shop Pro clients get a free refresh after 12 months.

The short answers.
What does “design credits” mean?
Each plan gives you a number of design credits every month. One credit buys one poster, flyer, social media graphic, banner or business-card layout, with two rounds of changes. A short video advert is 3 credits. Credits reset every month and do not roll over. Extra credits cost R120 each.
Do I keep my domain if I leave?
Yes. The domain is yours. If you cancel your plan, it stays registered to you and renews at the normal price.
Do you promise to fix a hacked site?
We do our best. We restore your site from backups and remove the infection, but we cannot guarantee recovery in every case, for example when no clean backup exists. Regular updates, backups and MumaGuard make a hack much less likely in the first place.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and paid automatically. Cancel any time.
What is not included?
Logos, branding and brochures of more than 2 pages are quoted separately. Shop plans are for a single store, not marketplaces or multi-vendor sites, and stores over 2,000 products are quoted separately. Extra website work beyond your plan hours is R450 an hour.
