How to point your domain to your hosting (nameservers)

For your website and email to work, your domain must point to your hosting. This is done with nameservers.

  1. Find your nameservers in the welcome email we sent when your hosting was set up.
  2. If your domain is registered with us, log in to your client area, go to Domains, My Domains, click Manage Domain, then Nameservers.
  3. Choose Use custom nameservers, enter the nameservers from your welcome email, and save.

It can take a few hours, and up to 48 hours, for the change to take effect everywhere. If the domain is registered elsewhere, make the same change in that registrar's control panel.
