My browser says my website is not secure

This warning means the site is being loaded without a valid security certificate (SSL).

  1. Make sure you typed the address with https:// at the start.
  2. Try clearing the browser cache or open the site on another device.
  3. If WordPress is installed, make sure its address settings start with https.

If the warning stays, open a Technical Support ticket with your domain name and a screenshot of the warning, and we will check your certificate.
