How to upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan

  1. Log in to your client area and open Services, then My Services.
  2. Click the hosting package you want to change.
  3. Choose Upgrade/Downgrade in the menu if it is shown, pick the new plan and complete the order.

If you do not see the option, open a Billing & Payments ticket and tell us which plan you want. We will confirm the cost before changing anything.
