How to reset your WordPress admin password

  1. Go to yourdomain.co.za/wp-admin and click Lost your password?
  2. Enter your username or email address and check your inbox (and spam) for the reset link.
  3. Choose a new password and log in.

If the reset email never arrives, open phpMyAdmin from cPanel, open the wp_users table, edit your user, set user_pass to your new password using the MD5 function, and save. If you are unsure, open a Technical Support ticket and we will help.
