Renew a domain: we email you renewal invoices before the expiry date. Pay the invoice in your client area and the renewal is processed automatically. Renewing early is always safe.
Register a new domain: use the domain search box on our homepage, add the domain to your cart and complete checkout.
Transfer a domain to us: unlock the domain at your current registrar, request the transfer (EPP/authorisation) code from them, then order the transfer from our Domains page and enter the code. Do this at least 15 days before the domain expires.
If anything is unclear, open a Technical Support ticket with the domain name.
