You need your full email address (for example name@yourdomain.co.za), its password, and your domain name.
Settings to use
- Username: your full email address
- Incoming server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 465, SSL/TLS
- Authentication: required for outgoing mail, using the same username and password
Replace yourdomain.co.za with your own domain. In cPanel you can also open Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to the account, and copy the exact settings shown there.
On iPhone or Android: add a new account, choose Other or IMAP, and enter the settings above. In Outlook: File, Add Account, then choose manual setup and IMAP.
