We are making billing simpler and more reliable. You can now pay by automatic card payment (PayFast): save your card once and your hosting, domain and email renewals are paid on the due date. No invoices to remember, no late fees, and no interruption to your website or email.
How to switch: choose PayFast (automatic card payment) as the payment method the next time you pay an invoice or place an order, and approve it once with your bank. If you would like help moving an existing service across, open a support ticket and we will guide you.
What is changing: from 1 January 2027 Mumatec Hosting will only support automatic payments for hosting and email services. Manual payments (EFT and Pay Now) are being phased out, so please switch before then.
Your card details are handled securely by PayFast. We never see or store them.
