How to set up an out-of-office auto-responder

  1. Log in to cPanel and open Autoresponders under Email.
  2. Click Add Autoresponder.
  3. Choose the language, enter the email address, and a name for the sender.
  4. Write a subject and your message, and set the start and stop times.
  5. Click Create.

Delete the autoresponder when you are back so that senders do not keep receiving the message.
