A full mailbox stops receiving new email.
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts to see how much space each mailbox uses.
- Open the mailbox in webmail and delete large attachments, then empty the Trash and Spam folders.
- Download old email you want to keep to your computer through an email app.
If you need more space, open a Billing & Payments or Sales ticket to discuss your options.
